E-Breakfast Upcycling
06/12/2024 10:00 to 06/12/2024 11:00 (Europe/Madrid)
Madrid,
Spain
The "e-Breakfast with..." sessions offer the ideal space for networking, listening, thinking and discussing with other partners. During breakfast time, our partners will have the chance to discover what other partners do, raise their questions and share insights about their work that could lead to potential collaborations. Therefore, you will be able to better understand the EIT Food community and share with other partners the change we are fostering in the agrifood ecosystem.
This webinar will be very dynamic and visual and won't last more than 1 hour. In each session, an expert, a partner and a startup will share their vision about a concrete topic related with their activities, leaving space for networking interactions among the attendees. Join us and you will not be disappointed!
On Wednesday 12 June, the topic will be based on Waste Upcycling/ Recycling and we will count with the presence of speakers from Danone Nutritia Research, Hub Innovazione Trentino with the intervention of 2 of its members, the startup Malty Foods and an expert from EIT Food's Agrifood Futures Expert Community, OREKA, that will explain their mission, role in EIT Food, and their areas of expertise.
Danone Nutritia Research is a global research and innovation organisation behind Danone Early Life Nutrition and Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition, part of Danone.
HIT is an Italian local innovation ecosystem catalyst - a network of sustainable linkages between different territorial actors. Two of them will participate to the session:
- Professor Fiori, University of Trento
- Professor Silvestri Dr. Silvestri Fondazione Edmund Mach
Malty Snacks is a food tech company with a mission to transform the food industry through its sustainable ingredients and innovative products.
OREKA helps companies to fight food waste through our tecchnology that enables them to donate, understand and reduce surplus. It is part of EIT Food Agrifood Futures Expert Community.
* Only EIT Food partners, EIT Food Staff, Hubs, Alumni and members of Agrifood Futures Community are invited to take part in this webinar*
