Rotary Summit

I was invited to the Rotary Summit 2024 to give a presentation on food waste and plant-rich diets and to showcase EIT Food, our role, and our programs focused on these topics. I participated in the breakout session titled "Rotary’s Role for a Sustainable Future: How to Increase Your Handprint and Reduce Our Footprint." During this session on August 31, we discussed how Rotary clubs or districts can become more sustainable, with examples on reducing food waste and adopting a plant-rich diet.
